Yes, Sliced supply comprehensive graphical stats from AWSTATS, awstats.sourceforge.net when your website is hosted with us. This shows you when people visited and from where, what browsers they use and much much more. We can also incorporate more advanced statistic applications such as Google analytics. Yes, we register all new sites with the top search engines like Google and Yahoo, and there are Meta Tag editors built into our web content management system to allow you to edit your tags. Yes, as long as you have not reached your page limit, you can add, edit and delete pages at to your heart's content!
Yes, you can add Microsoft Word® documents, Adobe® PDFs, Excel® files and more. There is a size restriction of approximately 4mb, but this is ample for most documents, and our CMS system allows for FTP upload so you can add even larger and multiple files at once.
Originally we could not find any hosts who installed the open source technologies that we used, however we have identified three or four other hosting companies who run similar software as required. Currently the server requirements are as follows: PHP Version 4.3, MySQL Version 4, GD Support enabled (GD Version - bundled 2.0.22 compatible), Safe mode switched off, Zend Optimizer 2.5.7 OR Source Guardian.

Yes. Our earliest customers have been using our CMS since 2003 and have received free upgrades for 2 years. We are committed to improving our web content management system in the future, as we consider it to be an excellent, cost effective tool for website updates. It is currently being used by around 25 websites around the UK.
Yes. Our CMS is purely browser driven. We recommend most recent browsers including Explorer version 6, Safari version 1.5, Firefox version 1.5 and Netscape version 8. Please note that our online editor does not work with all browsers, and not all browsers are available for both platforms. Please contact Sliced for more details.
Netscape V5 upwards. Explorer V5.5 upwards (PC). Safari V1 upwards. Firefox version 1.5 upwards. We aim to support as many browsers as possible, but we urge customers to keep up to date with browsers as they are free on the whole!
Only if you choose to. The only software you may wish to install is image resizing software and FTP software. However if you use any image applications such as Adobe Photoshop you will not need to do this. FTP software is available free and allows for multiple file uploads to your CMS system, but this is optional.
Yes. You can share an administrator password, add new administrators, or you can set multi-level page editing, to allow only certain pages to be edited by your elected administrators. Please note that multi-level administration depends on the version of CMS you are using.

You can access your administration areas 24/7 through a compatible browser.
